Reservation & Service Terms

Please review our reservation policies, cancellation guidelines, service conditions, and operational terms carefully before booking your luxury chauffeur service with Elite Chauffeured Services, Inc.

General Reservation Terms

By submitting an online reservation, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions associated with your booking. You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have received permission to use the payment method provided.

All reservations authorize Elite Chauffeured Services, Inc to process payment for the complete service amount including taxes, gratuity, surcharges, tolls, parking, overtime, and additional fees related to the reservation.

  • Trip confirmation email is required before dispatch.
  • All reservation details must be reviewed carefully.
  • Updated confirmations are issued after reservation changes.
  • Published online rates apply if no quote is requested.

Cancellation & Changes Policy

Unless otherwise specified on your trip confirmation, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Reservations made after the cancellation deadline remain non-refundable. Any changes or cancellations after the approved timeframe may result in full charges being applied to the reservation.

  • 24-hour cancellation notice required.
  • Late cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Travel time may be billed in 30-minute increments.
  • Overtime charges apply for extended service duration.

Service & Airport Policies

Airport reservations include complimentary waiting time for arriving flights when accurate flight information is provided during booking.

Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time, while international arrivals include 45 minutes. Additional waiting time beyond the allotted grace period will incur additional charges.

  • Real-time flight monitoring available.
  • Waiting time charges apply after grace period.
  • Company not responsible for delays due to weather or traffic.
  • Vehicle upgrades may occur without prior notice.

Vehicle Usage & Client Responsibility

Clients assume full responsibility for damages caused to vehicles during service usage including smoking violations, burns, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the vehicle.

Alcohol consumption and smoking are prohibited inside all vehicles. Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service immediately without refund if rules or laws are violated.

  • Vehicles may not exceed seating capacity.
  • Clients are responsible for personal belongings.
  • Damage and sanitation fees may apply.
  • Professional conduct is required during service.
